Help with creating a new account Creating a new player account with a poker room is pretty easy.
After having clicked the link leading to the room of your choice (see right-hand colums), a new browser window will open for the poker rooms website where you can download the free poker software. You do not have to worry about virus or malware problems here, it is 100% safe to download the poker software.
Once the download is finished, you will be prompted to execute the installation file. Click ok and the installation will begin. Upon completion, the poker software itself will start. Now you will be prompted to log in or create a new account. Since you do not have an account yet, click "Create new account". You will need to insert some informations such as a valid email adress, a player name (choose carefully, most rooms do not allow later changes of player names) and a password.
Also, most rooms will then ask you about a bonus code or marketing code or referral code. Those terms all mean the same: a bonus code which determins which bonus you will get. Make sure you use the bonus code found in the right hand column of our website to get the most recent and highest bonus offer for that room.
Most rooms will now send you a welcome email, sometimes in a way that you have to click a verification link or check for a verification code in this email. You should open your email account now and look for this email. Do not forget to check your spam directory as well. When you have found the email, mark it as "No spam" first. You can even add the domain name of the room to your email whitelist. This way you make sure that emails from your room about reload bonus offers and other promotions doe not end up unread in your spam box.
Now that you have created and verified your new account, you can start playing with play money. But before you do that, we recommend that you do one more thing: in the poker room lobby, click on "My Account" or "Cashier" and add some more personal info. Before actually processing a payment, you can quite. The reason why you should do that now is that some rooms do not give access to freeroll tournaments before your account is not completely activated. Also, when you want to deposit money later, you don't have to go through this process again.
One more thing: some rooms ask you for a bonus code one more time when you actually make your first deposit. In this case, use the same bonus code one more time!
